重金属音乐作为当今摇滚乐的主流,已经发展了三十多年.
随着它的发展,吉他在乐曲中的比重越来越大,吉他手在乐队中
的地位也越来越高,其间踊现了一大批吉他高手.特别优秀的一
些player,被人们称为"吉他英雄".

Hmm.. he is right about some of the players, however I think he missed alot of
key points and had some errors in his knowledge.
The key work of Eddie Van Halen is Eruption, that is his representative work.
You can't talk about Eddie without talking about Eruption. He did not invent
the two handed tab technique, he just incorporated into his playing more.
You can't talk about Steve Vai, without talking about Joe Satriani, whom is
the teacher of Steve Vai, and is another great guitar hero.
