Scottish actor James McAvoy is being tipped to play the late Kurt Cobain in
a new biopic about the singer's life.
"James is hot property in Hollywood right now," said one prominent Hollywood
insider. "It's felt he would be perfect for the role of Kurt, who was a
complex and unpredictable character."
The as-yet-untitled biopic will be based on the book 'Heavier Than Heaven',
a biography of Cobain written by Charles Cross.

unbelievably good.

Do check out Anton Corbijn's Ian Curtis biopic Control, it's definitely one
of the best films this year, if not THE best.

trailer就很赞，11月份就开了，一定要去看
还有个新的Bob Dylan电影，找了好几个人演Dylan，居然包括Cate Blancett，呵呵，估
计也有点意思

很有可能trailer里Cate Blancett的部分就是唯一的亮点了。

It's only showing in Dec here in the UK, I'm a big fan of Todd Haynes', so I

Well, Blancett would be my top choice for Androgynous roles too, along with
Tilda Swinton.

Nop? He's been in tons of films this couple of years! Have you seen the Last
King of Scotland and Atonement yet? He's really good in those, I just think
he might be miscast as Cobain here...

the name is "i am not there", Christian Bale, Heath Leather, etc.
Most anticipated movie for me. Opening on 11/21 in US.

Universal had recently bought the rights to Charles R Cross' Cobain
biography, 'Heavier Than Heaven'.
Cross has since said that the package Universal have bought would be a
combination of both the book rights and the rights to Nirvana's music, as
