Haha! My guitar teacher made his name by playing and touring in Robert Fripp
's band but he started his own thing later on (with more of a focus on funk
and world music). Hope one day I will be as great as my guitar teacher (
which may take like another 10 years)!

Sorry I would rather not disclose his name here. :P He is not as a big shot
as I may have made him sound like. He toured with Robert in The League of
Crafty Guitarists in 80s for 3 years when he was a young lad, not in King
Crimson the famous band though. But man he knows how to play a guitar.
BTW, Robert looks so nerdy with his glasses on. LOL.

At 1:31 you see a funny dude in a white shirt with large glasses? That's him
. If he were one of those handsome lads who sat right next to Robert I might
be more motivated to practice. Just kidding. :P
Seriously though, Eye of The Needle in Part4 is my favorite from the League.
Robert Fripp is awesome. Even 20 years later, I can still clearly hear a
lot of his influence in my teacher's albums.
If you would like to take private lessons with him I can give you his email
address. :)

I do not use NST. My teacher uses the old standard in his educational
activities and the new standard in his professional (composing/recording)
activities. Agree once you use NST you instantaneously get that mysterious
sound out of you guitar. :)

Awe. I am just a fat cat trying to learn how to play the guitar. lolz... I
am currently playing an acoustic one b/c I want to build good skills. Would
really like to pick up electric ones some day. The sounds of electric
guitars are just way too sweet and sexy to miss out. :D The only thing is
all guys will immediately run away from me once they find out I play an
electric guitar! :P

Whiteclouds, I think Jimi Hendrix' white baby (the one he played at
woodstock) is sexy. I guess color has something to do with it too, in
addition to shape.

Acoustic Gibsons are my dreams <3
However electric guitars are supposed to be the epitome of Rock N’ Roll. It
’s about being bold, being rebellious, and being a modern art – being
anything but conventional. I do like Fenders’ look and feel better. I am
not speaking to the sound though cause I don't know much about how different
Fender vs. Gibson sounds. :P
