Is he a fundamental Christian or something? This entire article boils down to
the age-old theme "be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth" (Genesis
9.1). The wording is fairly aggressive by today's standard, such as
"colonize", "exponential growth", "ultimately control the universe". And there
is this final paragraph, which is sacrilegious by the Judeo-Christian
standard.
