en, read this book long time ago on this board, don't remember much details
because I only started the book but never finished it. this book won a Yugo or
Nebu award, middle length, english, it's about decoding some sort of alien
language... the alien looks like a box... also the writer is asian (?)...
it's a recent book, thanks guys.

我读过这样一个故事
是说一个人找到一个正方体，上面有一些提示，像是一个puzzle，
还有很多签名，说XXX在X年X月X日解开了此迷
他就开始解，解开一个里面又是一个正方体，又有一个puzzle
同时他还发现如果半个小时不解不出来，正方体就会还原
于是他就开始解呀解呀，正方体一层一层被打开，上面的puzzle也
越来越难，签名也越来越少，解迷要用到的知识面越来越广，包罗了
数理化多种知识。
最后他实在解不下去了，正方体还看上去还有无数层可以解，他就
刻上了自己的名字离开了。
然后这个正方体就向宇宙深处发射了一个电波，说XX系XX星球的XX生
物的文明已到了XX级别。
