不能自动得到IP地址。手动设置IP 地址和 default gateway 地址后，可以ping 其他
的IP 地址，但不能浏览网页。用ipconfig 检查，DNS Server 地址是空.手动设置后
，仍然不工作。请问怎么解决? Thanks a lot!

你安装的是什么软件，具体？听着像防火墙问题。

不一定，不知道他那个DNS究竟work 不work, 他可以再测试测试
ping mitbbs.com
看能不能解析域名。

The problem is that DNS doesn't work. I can ping any IP address but not a
domain name. I've already set the address of DNS server, which is also the
default gateway(router).

The anti-virus software is Kaspersky

No, DNS server should be a DNS server of your ISP, definitely not your
gateway/router
IP address. Also you may need set DNS search suffix list afterwards.
I am just curious why your DHCP does not work. ;)

I have two laptops at home which are connect to a router. The other computer
works fine on which the default gateway and the dns server are set to the
router. This computer worked before. After Kaspersky was installed, I cannot
get access to any web page.

you need definitely configure your router.
it seems by default, your router only allows one computer connected to
outside. go through the router menus and find possible options for this.

I don't think there is a problem with the router configuration. Both
computers worked fine before. Only after I installed the anti-virus software
in the computer, I began to have this problem.

正版最新卡帕司机? 不是因为误杀? 卡帕据说也好误杀. 你google一下.
还有, 你到router里面看一下真正的DNS是什么, 然后手动在laptop里设一下. 你用
router做DNS,在DHCP下好象可能work(其实你电脑还是要到router拿真正的DNS), 但是
在static ip下应该不会work. DNS的工作原理还是有点复杂的,一般router都handle不
了.

识哪本书有介绍? 翻了翻 << BIND and DNS>>, 没有此类介绍。另外，怎么让DHCP
work? 机器的IP address 和 DNS Server address 都不能由DHCP动态获得。 Thanks a

不用看什么书。你用的是什么router？看用户手册就行了。
问题是，这些东西跟杀毒软件没关系啊。

把你的router直接连你的desktop试一试
我之所以这么肯定是你的router的问题，是因为我以前碰过类似的问题
不知道是谁动了router的设置，还是router自动怎么了
突然家里的机器除了一台机器外，其他的都不能上网
后来才发现router变成只有在上面register的Mac address才能上网
把那个东东disable后，大家就都可以上网了
你还是再看看你的router设置吧
另外一种可能性就是你anti-virus修改了你的防火墙
反正都整整看
