You can also download some free software for security.
1) Always keep your Windows and Office up-to-date.
2) ZoneAlarm firewall to replace Windows default firewall.
3) AVG Anti-Virus and alike.
4) Spybot Search & Destroy to keep trojans out.
They are still not enough for security. Read Microsoft Windows XP Security

最好的防毒还是平时自己小心再加一点common sense，也就是
