DLLML.EXE belongs to Creative but it can slow down the system. So I decided
to kill it from task manager but I can't kill it! Any one knows how to kill
it? Thank you very much!

It probabily because some service is using the file. You can:
1. Disable it in msconfig, or
2. Edit registry, or
3. Boot into safe mode, find this file and rename it to dllml.bak then
reboot. This file shall not be running anymore.
