各位大侠：
小弟在浏览网站时，竟然被一个该死的黄色网站更改了IE的设置，
IE的主页被改成了某黄色网页，
我的环境是windows98. 小弟我用尽各种方法，就是该不过来，试过
的方法有：
IE 中Tools-->Internet Options-->Secuity改成high
delete 所有的cookie in c:\windows\cookies
delete 所有的file in c:\windows\Temporary Internet Files
delete 所有的file in c:\windows\Temp
都没用，每次改过的主页从新起动又变成了该死的黄色主页。
这可是办公室的机器，救命！！！！！

change the option of the starting page.( in the IE's option menu)

检查 config.* autoexec.* 去掉里面的regedit ...语句。

Here is another possibility. It may be a program auto run when you start up
your computer.
Run msconfig to see if there has any unwanted program. Disable it and restart.

好像可以在注册表里修改，具体的我也不太清楚，
可以试试看search这个黄色主页的名字，然后删掉那一项。

Yeah, it happens alot, the most BT one I met was:
1. It modified your registry, so you can't change it in IE options.
2. It disabled registry editing,so you can't change it back unless.
unless you have some kind of script to enable registry again.
3. It changed your config and will auto run the program each time
you restart your computer..
I took me a while to totally delete it....:)

if the access and change of registry is denied, how to fix it?
please gove some detailed info.

I think there are a number of ways.
One way is to access the registry through VB API
You can find such scripts through google search, mayby...

Lots of tools to solve this problem could be downloaded freely.
Just search it at google.
