我朋友发EMAIL说这是个病毒,而且NORTON是检测不出来的.
我找道是找到了这个文件,但这个文件显示是99年生成的文件,这又怎么是新病毒呢?

You got a virus hoax. It's not virus. jdbgmgr.exe is a Java Debugger Manager.
It's a legitimate Windows file. Don't delete it, and warn your friend as well.
