I have same problem before, then I download
encpack_win2000_chs.exe, it works for me

i did check them all in the IE settings. but IE still doesn't work on https
websites.
also when i try Netscape and Opera to browse the encrypted websites, they
returned messages saying "connection was refused by Netscape" or "can't find
the server" in Opera.
i tried to set up in preferences/Internet options. but still not working!
please help!

没用啊!
我下载了这个enpack,当我准备装的时候(double click),它给了我四个新文件, 我双击了
enpack文件. 可是有"命令行选项语法错误,按命令/?看帮助!"的提示!
我安装不了!
请高手帮忙!
