Is there any good free Anti-spyware to recommend? I used Spyware sweeper
before. It was pretty good but it expired. Anit-spyware from M$ is weak and
also is annoying. Any one knows how to uninstall ABI network? Thanks so much!

I never had any trouble with just MS antispyware/firewall, maybe it just
could not detect those sophisticated ones?

Right!
As I emphasize again and again, you need all 4 antitrojans:
Spybot Search & Destroy, Lavasoft Adaware, Sunbelt Counterspy, Microsoft
Antispyware.
As of today, most threats enter through Port 80, for which hardware and
software firewalls are of little
help.

I tried one of those once(two years ago I think) and it totally screwed my
system, ever since then I only live with microsoft ones and had not met any
problems. I don't have any anti virus software and only use online virus scan.
As long as it works fine, I see no reason to bother. I think the best way to
counter those malicious things is to avoid porn/piracy sites and not be a geek
to try download/use softwares just b/c it is free.

it seems this abi network is notorious, it claims you need its own uninstall
tools(which is also a spyware itsself),lots people want to sue the NY based
company.
