每次执行 admin privilege 的程序的时候，会出现个 User Account Control
的 dialog box 。我挺喜欢这个 feature 。但是，这个 dialog box 一出现，
屏幕就闪一下，将 Aero Glass 给去掉，用 Basic 显示这个 dialog box 。
这个闪一下很讨厌。能否将这个 dialog 也用 Aero glass 的 theme？

nvm, 找到了。
先以 administrator 执行 secpol.msc 。
然后到
Security Settings -> Local Policy -> Security Options。
将 User Account Control: Switch to the secure desktop when prompting
for elevation 改成 disabled 。

this should have lowered your security level because, in my opinion, a virus
can control the UAC dialog if smart enough.:)
