数据库中的?ya cute;据要是utf-8的， 或者至少读出 以后，你要转?e uml;到utf-8上。

数据库中的数据要是utf-8的， 或者至少读出 以后，你要转码到utf-8上。

i copy and paste to textpad, save as an html file, then open in IE, then
copy and paste in textpad again. save as txt file. then open with notepad.
