系统是Windows XP 64-bit Edition, Dell Precision 690 Workstation.
一个计算软件少安装了一个组件，卸载掉重装。重装过程中，安装程序停止前进，
无法完成安装。我上个星期安装这个软件一点问题都没有。 Task Manager显示安装
程序的状态是running。
重起机器试了几次都不行。机器重起前，每次都有窗口跳出来说Microsoft Visual
Basic is not responding。各位大侠给分析分析，是不是因为这个Visual Basic的
原因安装程序不能继续啊？如何解决？

1.) Open your Command Prompt, by holding down the "windows button + R and
then simply typing in "cmd"
2.) (Make sure you are Administrator ) Once the Command Prompt is open
simply type in the following command "regsvr32 vbscript.dll" and press enter.
Ignore any errors you might may encounter.
then install again
