Hi all,
I have a question:
I have a printer (scanner, copier all in one) which cannot be hooked up with
my IBM laptop for some reason. I tried my friend's IBM without any problem.
My laptop works fine for all other functions, so I really have no clue what
's going on there. Do you guys have any suggestions? Thanks a lot!

what is the problem? try the newest driver?

I tried. I downloaded the newest one from the printer's official website.
Didnot work when it got to the last step. The last step is to hook up usb
and electricity stuff, but it seems that the laptop does not recoganize the
printer's usb at all (can recoganize other usb connections). That's why I
cannot figour it out...
