use the switch parameter /x to avoid the floppy disk,
for example, setup.exe /x

start -> run -> choose the setup.exe on office97 CDROM, and then
add '/x' behind it, press 'run' button,
then, office97 setup program will not ask for the floppy disk.

use subst.exe in \windows\command
and remember to copy the \disk directory to harddisk.
you can not subst a cd-rom directory as a drive, for cd-rom works
like a network drive:)
