Manantee must read carefully.
Win starts or Machine starts.
If Machine starts, then it is booting from floppy disk
if Win starts, then maybe system
information---->performance--->file system--->floppy
disk--->disable scan for new floppy disk drives everytime
starts.
Maybe manatee can write such a virus so that everytime win
starts, read A: for 1 minute.
