I had the exact same problem as yours with my desktop. My operating sytem is
WindowsMe and I had Norton Utility software installed. My computer CPU always
shows 100% usage after the screen saver program shows up. I checked with a lot
of experienced guys. It seems that it is your operating system error and it is
inherent with Windows OS if it hasn't been reinstalled for a long time. They
suggested me to reintall the OS to fix it. I just upgrade my OS to Win2000.
So, I am kind of curious that Win2
