PDF writer sometimes do have wired prob with word.
Undre such circumstances, i would just install a Post Script
supported printer driver (could be any brand or type), print
the doc to a print file (.prn), change extendion to (.ps).
Then use ps2pdf to convert it to pdf.
Every time eventually i can make it this way.

if u need hyperlink, i do not think PDF writer will do it.
Distiller does the job. However, in my impression if ur
doc prints to PDF writer with problems, usually there r
even more with Distiller.
MWord really sucks (maybe windows). Adobe products gives me
a good impression so i do not blame them :-)
