印象中有人申请过，但被拒或被rfe，因为发表文章的领域（比如化学）和现在工作的
领域（法律服务）不是同一个领域。
不过这是以前的个案。如果您能证明您是符合niw的几个条件，是可以试试的。好好包
装下申请材料。niw可以自己申请，也可以由雇主申请。

用的wegreen申请了niw和eb1a，觉得他们家还是很靠谱的。niw过了，eb1a没过。感觉
niw各家都应该差不多吧

Working for a law firm (private) is not for "national" interest, so your
chance with NIW is slim.
EB2-PERM is your best bet. If that's not an option, try EB2-C, or EB1A.

我用的nwm，一月开始，4月初寄出，7月拿到。还是挺给力的。咨询了wegreened没敢要
