请问：
1。从unverified user受前有什么不好的地方？会不会被要回去？
2。大家都是verified user么？
3。以前没留意有人讨论自己的两个账号之间转账，请问有什么限制么？
(我刚注册了paypal)

Yes. As I remember, it has some limitations if you are not verified.
No. you can transfer from paypal to your checking acount for fee.

两个帐户可以转钱的,不过现在一样收2.2%,不值得.量不大没人管.

isn't personal account able to receive money without any charge?
why do i have to add a credit card before i send money (i already have money
in my account)?
