you cannot withdraw paypal fund to your local banks, even citi Shanghai
you'd better open a bank account in Hongkong and you can withdraw fund
to your Hongkong bank account
I thnik you need a hongkong physical address

哦,是啊.我也在想这个银行的问题.因为国内是外汇管制的嘛.
在香港搞个银行帐号麻烦吗.我看有些离岸公司的广告就说什么在香港注册
公司并开银行帐号,估计要花些钱,就是不知道麻烦不.
