啊，校车，黄色的大校车！
这要用咏叹调唱出来才能抒发孩子以前对校车的无限崇拜。
坐校车无疑是当时吸引孩子畅想上学生活的生力军。
在我们town, 住在学校2miles之内的要交钱才可以坐校车，
以前是免费的，前年300，去年600，今年的还不知道。
开学第一天，孩子早早地就准备好了，大大的背包背在身上，
里面装了我准备的文具，零食，替换衣服，趔趔趄趄地走到路口的stop
等呀等，远远看到一辆黄色大校车来了，慢慢开到我们面前停下来
我松开儿子的小手，看他爬上校车，消失在高高地作为中间
一颗心突然像被掏空了
我突然转身飞奔回家，开上车决定去追。
由于不知道校车路线，我比校车提前到了学校。
我开始担心，开始恐慌：那么多的校车，我怎么就那么傻，看到一个停在我面前就让孩
子上去了呢？我也没有看清司机长什么样，他到底有没有驾照？！。。。。
后来终于看到两辆小车同时驶入校园
我睁大眼睛看大大小小的孩子一个个地下来
儿子是最后那个，小小的身子背这个大背包。
我忍不住冲上去抱住，说：“儿子，你真厉害！一个人坐了这么久！“
铃声响了，不容置疑地告诉我停止婆婆妈妈！
儿子就又一个人消失在那长长的走廊里了

自己有个小想法，想申请专利试试，给他们打了个电话，说程序很复杂，建议找个律师
。因为不知道自己的想法有没有推广的可能，也不想投资进去。
想请问有没有自己申请专利的，真的很难吗？如果就follow他们网站上的说明，可以吗
？还是有我们这种外行人不能逾越的障碍？

It is possible. But it is hard to define the claims without professional
help. You also need to know that you will need to pay the patent office even
if you do not use a lawyer. Probably 2-5 K overall. You can see the fee
schedule at: http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/ac/qs/ope/fee2008december17.htm . If you use a lawyer, you probably need to pay 20K of lawyer fee.

thanks a lot.
I can consider spending 2-5 K application fee, but 20K of lawyer fee is just
too much for me.
I will give it try.

not that much, with 10k you can find a quite decent lawyer

You can do writeup yourself and find a lawyer to take a look at the claims.

Even for a laywer to review the claims, does it take 10K? Still a lot to me.
... Mine is not a big idea and i don't think it can earn 10K back for me.

You don't need 10k to do that.
Take a look at this. This guy has obtained over 1800 patents.

记下这个网站了，真的很有用。刚刚从网上买了本傻瓜书，打算自己做，不过这里这么
便宜，也可以从这里做了。更好的是他还有个数据库，看了好多别人的文档，更有信心
了，好像是个想法都可以申请专利似的。多谢！没有好酬谢的，给30个伪币略表心意哈

http://www.uspto.gov/search
一栏是issued patents,一栏是patent application
你可以用关键字搜索,看看你的idea是否别人已经申请或者有相关的
