如果要hire人，是发W2还是1099 Misc呢？各有啥优缺点啊？
另外，现在开business bank account哪个银行比较好啊？wellsfargo说要3000

if you pay same amount to a person, you save some money if you pay by 1099
because you do not pay fica for this person

而且据说w2比1099准备起来要复杂一些.
