国内的手机如果是三频的换上这边的sim卡就可以用了。稍微好一点的手机很多都是三
频的。

you will have to register a assumed name and pay a fee associated with it.
As SP, you personal asset will not be protected from any liability.
LLC: go to state web to look for info. This business structure protect you
from liability up to the investment you put in your business.
S corp: article of incorpration is required, formal filing is required.
