我现在有一个很具体的创业计划,是电子商务方面的.核心技术内容已经申请了
provisional patent.目前需要一个合作伙伴来搭建一个网上的平台.不需要有任何个人的
资金投入.
希望有兴趣的合伙人对电子商务有热情,对marketing analytics,loyalty marketing有基
本的知识, 有制作网站的经验.最好有回国创业的心理准备.但第一阶段主要是在美国
launch.
合作伙伴最好是在南湾,这样大家沟通起来会容易很多.也欢迎其他地区的朋友和我联系,

I am not sure if your start-up motivation is market-driven or
technology-driven. The problem with post-2005 start-up entrepreneurs
is that, if you cannot deliver, you die.

Thanks for your advice. It seems you have some experiences, can I have a
chance to talk with you. My concept in US is only one add-on to a few
established e-commerce websites. You are right, it is nearly impossible for me
to compete with them at this stage with only one step advance. My launch in
US is to build a prototype to sell ourselves to bigplayers. Thanks to the US
patent law which protects business method ideas. To build a business I can
really run by myself, I have to target at China. W

我个人觉得你这样干,风险还是很大的,
团队从0开始拉人,而且又没有VC帮你组织,
困难是非常大的。除非你自己有1百万美元以上的CASH准备好了往里面砸。

不过网站不需要大量资金,倒是在新手那里听到很多,但从来没从老手那里听到过... :D
