there's 4 types: OTM, ITM, Long term, or Short term.
In short, when u sell options, u are taking the following views:
OTM vs ITM: OTM has more "gamma", ITM has more "delta". More gamma
means if the stock move relatively flat/slow during a period of time,
the OTM option will lose value quicker than an ITM option. More delta means
the more the stock move up or down, the more the corresponding price of the
option will change.
(delta is the first derivative of the price, gamma is 2nd derivative).
