June 2 (Bloomberg) -- Shares of the following companies had unusual moves in
U.S. trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses and prices are as of 4 p.m.
in New York.
Allergan Inc. (AGN US) climbed 4.6 percent to $46.23, the biggest gain since
May 4. The maker of Botox was raised to “overweight” by analysts at
Thomas Weisel Partners Group Inc.
American Express Co. (AXP US) fell the most in

FY 2012 H-1B Cap Count
On November 22, 2011, USCIS received a sufficient number of petitions to
reach the statutory cap for FY 2012. USCIS also received more than 20,000 H
-1B petitions on behalf of persons exempt from the cap under the advanced
degree exemption as of October 19, 2011. USCIS will reject cap-subject
petitions for new H-1B specialty occupation workers seeking an employment
start date in FY 2012 that are received after November 22, 2011.
USCIS continues to accept cap-exempt petitions, DOD petitions and Chile/
Singapore H-1B1 petitions requesting an employment start date in FY 2012.

怪ICC没用阿，公司outsource,招consultant,就有市场，人家HR律师一天交表带签字，
这效率没法比

不符合规定的多了去了，工资不到的、还有工作表泊不定的，连大公司都搞很多一年项
目合同工办H1B的呢，没办法

我跟ICC打过交道，这两年移民局管的很严了，基本上都需要end client的合同（不是
空头合同，要带budget的那种）才批H1，而且是合同多久就批多久，所以不符合规定的
很少了。像以前那种65000 名额一天就用完的，都是印度的ICC给在印度的人申请的，
申请到之后，有项目就来美国，没有就不来。

真不晓得，可能有不少也是准备很久吧。十月一号之后申请了马上就可以开始工作，所
以使用速度肯定要比一号之前快很多啦

那连带面试也是太迅速了阿，呵呵，其实HR、律师不耽误时间还可以，一耽搁一两个星
期就要完蛋。最后还有LCA，有人5天下来有人7天下来，差大方了

I guess not. You can legally "stay" in US during this period, but cannot "
work and get paid".

昨天上午11点到的uscis，估计要跟去年一样抽lottery了。
不知道昨天和前天一共收了多少。

今年好像没有lottery了，USCIS的说明没说，应该是22号寄到就是有了

另外，应该还有其他办法的，实在不行就找学校挂靠。

貌似今年不会有lottery
今年和去年的USCIS update几乎一模一样，但是去年的明确说了lottery的事情。
