我的一篇Paper，关于股市和政府支出# Stock

当前，华人的参与度低是非常正常的。大家不要妄自菲薄。打个比方：我从二三线城市
到北京上大学，毕业想落户北京。要搞定工作，户口，房子，孩子上学，。。。。。。
没有什么当地的关系，全靠自己。哪有时间和心思参与义工，捐款，和社区建设？
等生存的基本问题解决了，下一步才是落地生根。现在很多小学，初中娃的家长，自然
而然的开始了积极参与学校和社区的活动。
再过几年看看，会很不一样。当然，大家会支持这些积极参与学校和社区的活动的家长
。网上口头支持也好，实际中出钱出力也好。都好。

economics. The economic tsunami did change the lives of most American people

and acquisitions, the banks such as Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers and

希望LZ来个SUMMARY 在开头。各AREA，给起个小标题。这样就可知道个大概，也好
DECIDE花多长时间读那一部分特感兴趣的。

通篇都是分小部分来阐述政府财政支出和股市的波动。
有几个论据都是以前的学术论文上提炼的，下面得References其实算得上Summary。

就是说在911之前美国经济泡沫开始面临瓦解崩溃的局面，911加速了这个进程并且使经
济在未来的几年持续下滑，美国政府支出和资金重组对中东的石油乃至能源有巨大的影
响，911前后中东成为美国经济影响非常大的一个因素，也是美国经济分配所产生的后
果。

至于说法见仁见智，有人说经济危机，有人说金融海啸，有人说全球性股灾。
中文可以变化而多样，英语作为全球通用语言，为什么不可以呢？？？

呵呵，是的，但是课题可以自由选择。
由于我的写作老师对经济和股市兴趣不大，正如我对写作兴趣不大，所以写了一些我认
为隔行如隔山的东西，有些东西如果了解的不深，比如说我的写作课老师，提出异议的
可能性就小，但是高手还是会看出这篇Paper逻辑上的诸多破绽的。

that's exactly what I thought!!!
dude, a lot people here are PhDs, u should use "essay" instead of "paper"...
they are two different animals.
I thought it was a scientific paper...
but it reminds me my school days, =P

哈哈。
想起来我上中学的时候，写的文章题目叫“论通货膨胀”。
内容说资本主义的通货膨胀是经济危机的前兆。
社会主义的通货膨胀是经济发展的标志。
所以社会主义的通货膨胀是好的。
资本主义的是糟的。

记得你上面说你是大二，不是研究生。
文章是阐述政府财政支出和股市的波动。但没有说是如何干扰的或影响的。可否考虑
加入，政府财政支出和股市的波动的关系，在不同时期是正向还是反向关系的阐述？另
外，市场经济受政府制约了，还是STIMULATE了。政府是否怎么干扰或STIMULATE市场经
济的？
只是个人意见。

哈哈对啊。。。
我不是研究生，短期内也不打算当研究生。。。
顶多读个MBA就革命到底了。。。
你的意见正是最最重要的部分，很难写，因为就像你说的，不同时期有正向也有反向的
，政府一时制约经济，一时刺激经济，很难讲。
政府如何要看决策人，每四年或者更短的时期就会换一个方向。

这位仁兄太抬举我了，我这水平哪能和Phd比？
Paper也有长中短之分，我这个是菜鸟级别的。
这只是一个礼拜内完成的【习作】，不能和Phd几年憋出来的大作比。。。
=P
