Hi sorry we do not cancel these transactions as stated in the
auction because it does cost us money to list then relist these
items. We do mail these coupons out through USPS and we email
so people can use right away if needed asap. If you
do not want them mailed we do offer a $1.50 discount which I
will apply on a new invoice. The reason we put the charge for
the item in the shipping area is because the coupons are free per
ebay terms and as we state in the auction. You are simply
