2005年拿J1签证来美国培训半年。然后回国呆满了2年。
2009年来美国读书F-1签证。
现在快毕业了，公司帮我办H1B，但是要J1时的DS-2019，找不到了。
以前公司也倒闭了。
求教，我这种情况需要 DS-2019 吗？如果要，有何办法呢？
