请股版高手们帮忙看看，谢谢。
我们公司401(k)不是按照百分比的。是前$8250 match 50%.
但是我的401(k)上默认的allocation是6%的工资，这样
算下来一年不到最大值。请问通常是不是都是应该maximize
公司的match?
比如有10万，是不是应该选择8.25% allocation? No brainer?

$8250 match 50% means $4125,
if you make $100,000, only 4.125%.

不是吧，我的理解是公司出4125,我自己的工资出8250.难道我错了？

Yes you are correct that you contribute $8250, company match $4125,
but if your company also said, the maximum of the match of 6% of your annual
salary, if you make $100,000, your company will only match the $3000.
if you want to get the maximum $4125, you need earn more.

哪里来的6%限制？没有
