I am telling you T has better FA. Look at profit margin, price, PE, BV, Growth,
dividends...etc. Just go to Yahoo Finance and check key statistics.

AT&T sucks! It pissed me off once, I will never use its service nor will I

lol it must be good for the company to retain fees. I know it pissed me off
too but if you are the owner and they charged more fees, will you be pissed
off?

sooner or later, bad customer service will piss a lot of people of and they
will switch to its competitor and this POS will lose its business.

Those two telecommunication companies are like public ultilities, they are
regulated by governments to increase fees. Either ATT or VZ, so far the T
has a better fundamental than VZ and cheaper. Your customer service
experience is one instance out of many, that point is invalid because you
sample size is so small. Do you really want to rely your judgement on a
limited sample size?
