U.S. securities regulators will consider short selling curbs in "coming
weeks," Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Mary Schapiro said
Friday.
The SEC has proposed a number of ways to curb short-selling, or investors
making bearish bets on stocks.
Those proposals include market-wide curbs and so-called circuit breakers
that would impose a restriction on short-selling if a stock fell by a
certain percentage.
Schapiro also said the SEC would consider proposals to consolidate some
aspects o

材料主要是公司准备一个training plan（DS7002），需要你本人还有supervisor签字
。然后交给sponsor，sponsor会同时找你要一些基本资料，护照的scan，transcript，
还要回答些简单的问题，比如这个公司为什么要找国际学生，你能为公司带来什么价值
之类的（sponsor不同问题也不同，但是大致意思差不多）
当材料都齐了，sponsor大概会在1个星期内就能发下DS2019, SEVI receipt，有些
sponsor可能还需要skype interview一下，确定下英语水平之类的。然后DS2019发下后
，如果没有加拿大护照的话，就用DS2019和SEVI号去美国大使馆、领事馆办J1。J1大概
需要提前1周预约和填下DS160。
