现在的问题是，我在一个小公司干活，老板对h1b的东西一概不懂，所以想找一个权威
一点的网页给他看，证明我没有坑他 ：）

FSA的政策本来就是IRS设的。各个公司和HEALTH PLAN只是实施起来的标准不一样而已。

FSA政策都是IRS统一规定的吧？
至少我们的HSA是这样的。

我们小破公司只有HSA，但health insurance就是high deductible的。所以HSA里的钱
本来就不用在OTC的小药上了。要攒着以应付大的medical expense... 555
