看很多帖子说要拿到received date，可是这个date什么时候拿到？怎么拿到？是不是
邮件只要到了uscis，rd就基本是那天，只是uscis晚几天告诉你？
律师很明确说 fedex第二天就寄到，然后applicant就可以立即离境。和网上看到的不
太一致。
律师：
We have not had any problems with applicants travelling the day after we
receive confirmation from FedEx that the application has been received by
USCIS.
Please note that receipt notices list the receipt date of the application,
date when it was received by USCIS/delivered by FedEx; even if the receipts
are issued weeks later.

In some 485 cases reported on this BBS, the receipt date can be several days
later than the delivery date.
Mine is 1 day after the delivery date.
So it would be better leave the US after receiving the 485 receipt notice
from USCIS.
