如果是hmo 的保险，每次office visit, 看医生都是要copay 的。
有时候如果是常规的年检，不需要copay ，但是这个也跟保险有关。

每一天gap都会给绿卡增加不必要的风险。当时俺问过律师，律师很狡猾地说不要超过
“a few days”。
