[原创] “高盛”事件只是个开始

高盛事件只是个开始。
Obama 政府应该是在为几乎胎死腹中的“Financial Reform Bill" 开路， 拿高盛开刀
， 但是却不下很招儿， 只是一个”Civil Charge“ （民事诉讼）， 很可能给高盛一
个台阶， 让他乖乖交罚金 （$500M ~ $1B）， 老老实实闭嘴。
同时， 政府、国会的金融改革小组会胡萝卜、大棒并用， 与Wall St. 进行讨价还价
， 将最想做的拿到手：
1. 恢复 Paul Volcker Rule 所倡导的重新恢复 ”格拉斯法案“， 或者甚至将某些金
融集团肢解。
2. 严格规范CDO、CDS 等derivatives 产品的游戏规则， 将他们从Wall St 的 OTC
交易方式转变到 由 Exchange/Clearing House 规范交易的方式上来， 严格限制CDS
underwriter 的资质。
美国历次大的金融危机周期内，都产生了对体制、监管体系、产品规制等有重大影响的
法规和改革， 这次这么严重的金融衰

其实真相是狗顺周四扑了自己，今天翻了50倍，今年BONUS已经有着落了。

其实是Obama需要点儿政绩，准备中期选举。跟狗剩一商量，我罚你几个billion，给人
民群众消气。不过也不需要你自掏腰包，我叫SEC挑OE那天sue你，你就自己short/put
