课堂纪律不遵守的学生，
不管呢，周围学生以他为榜样。说某某都没这么做，老师也没说。
管呢，学生不听话，一节课几十分钟就浪费很多时间在这个学生上了。
所以这样的学生是浪费他的同伴的学习时间。
美国老师很讲究课堂纪律的。这里摘抄一段：

acknowledging good behavior but those that misbehave and do not obey the
rules must deal with the consequences.
Always, always, always remember that students are not your friends. If they

随时随意指出老师小错误的学生，影响了课堂连续性，影响了老师的威信。
当然，老师如果有些做的出格的错误的地方，就要家长出面向领导反映。
小孩子自己就不要挑战了。
前面那个小黑ID总是指出她初中语文老师的错误。我不知道是什么错误。
但是你经常指出后，他还怎么领导班级呀。如果你的水平真牛，老师的水平真差，但是
还足以能教其他学生的话，那就让他还能教其他学生。如果老师水平太差，简直是误人
子弟，那么不是辞掉老师，就是学生换班级了。学生还能做什么。你每节课都指出老师
错误，难道对方的水平就飞速提高了。
