都会收到uscis通知明确说明pp clock started吗？我一直以为是从RD的日子算的。可
是我的140 RD 1.22。就在我以为要出结果的时候收到通知说 "On February 4, 2013,
the 15-day premium processing clock started on your I140"。状态还是initial
review,彻底糊涂了。
