I think it's a good thing. Keep in mind mutual fund can not buy stocks under
$5. NYSE also has a requirement
of "stock can be delisted if it falls under $1 for 90 days".
A minor point, is we may save some trading cost if the stock moves above $1.
I believe FBC is 90% owned by Matlin-Patterson, the private equity firm (
fund). They probably don't care about
the stock in short term.

based on the conversion rate I get from other merchandise such as Starbucks
China during the same period, the fee is close to 4% instead of 3%.
A shady business, I am disappointed but not surprised.
