请问各路大神这还有继续往上 negotiate 的余地吗, sign-on 能要到100k 吗?

其实你可以试试啊，又不会因为negotiate就把你offer收回来。。。只是说如果你没什
么其他有竞争力的offer，那你negotiate成功率就小点呗。小点又怎样反正吃饭穿衣服
没问题。。
话说我也是小本儿，现在正在等fb的消息，好紧张呜呜呜 求楼主bless

1、EB-1B时，可以不通过老板，直接找系主任签字。
我是这么干的，而且成功了。后来回想起来，挺幸运的。当初找老板帮忙，他不愿意和
系里说，而且说话难听。我女儿快20岁了，被逼无奈，思量再三，毅然直接写信给系主
任，让她帮忙支持EB-1B。老太太是个美国人，很nice。立即答应办理。如果哪位弟兄
姐妹，遇到类似情况，不要伤心，不妨试试。
2、老板的推荐信似乎不太重要。
经过上述经历后，准备推荐信的时候，我也没有找老板。我一共5封信，意大利1封，中
国2封，美国2封。其中独立2封。移民局似乎对是不是老板的推荐信根本没在意，所以
，如果老板不愿意写推荐信或质量不高，干脆弃之不用。
以上只是我的体会，仅供参考。

一点体会。
如果住在ST LOUIS，打指纹可以提前，不要按照SCHEDULE时间，这样可以节约半个月的
时间。不过您得早点去，8点就要到。

事后分析，我女儿可能被background check了，不然真么会比我们晚将近两周才批呢。
去年暑假，她以F-1身分回国，按要求要等到7月28日后才能进入美国，但是由于不知道
这个规定，事先回程机票已订好，她在7月初进入美国。入关时被盘问了半天。

没有绿卡时总觉得不踏实，象在空中飞。拿到后，双脚终于踏在了地上。按照本站的指
点，需做下面三件事：
１、到Human Resource填表，更改工作身份。似乎和过去一样，没有更多的benefits.
(Done)
２、Update社会安全号. (In process)
３、Renew the driver's license. I Haven't found the relevant laws and rules
yet. Actually, I don't know how to renew it and if it is necessary before
the expire date of the old one.
