not specific, why is it important? I am not quite clear why is it worth so
many years time and money.

There's no deadline for passing CFA exam, but you need 3－year working
experience in investment/finance to be a chartered member.

I think they have probably changed the rule. There used to be a 7-year limit
when I took it. You probably should call them to confirm.

I guess there's a marginal advantage if you are interested in a career in
finance.
but if you are just taking it for knowledge wise (my case), it's not really
worth it.

没有。像我这种考试三个星期前才看书的。我觉得对知识面一点用都没有。

我是后悔啊。如果真像guideline那样花几个月读的话，我觉得应该是可以学好点基础
功的

CFA一级中：股票，衍生品一点用都没有，没看也知道。职业操守读了也白读，过2个星
期就忘掉了。债券是最难的，略有收获，但平常用不到，没有深刻认识。财务分析很杂
，内容最多，文科生思维对我这个理科的适应很困难，但收获最大。企业金融，最枯燥
，不过是财务分析的延伸，尚能忍受。经济学部分，以前修过，内容都一样。
结论，CFA对金融行业是个敲门砖，尤其是1，2级，有能力尽量考。3级不用急着考，反
正需要2，3年工作经验你才能成为holder
