首先这次油井爆炸造成灾难性的事件，对BP是一个霹雳打击，出事前BP的价格一直稳定
在55左右，也就是排除股市波动因素，其股价目前可以认为在在55，那么这次事件造成
的直接损失我估计起码要达到20B，间接损失大约30B，包括被美国政府敲诈、民事诉讼
等等。如果这周能堵住油，那么对BP的经济损失应该在50B。出事前的市值在55x3.13=
172.15B, 那么这周能堵住油后的短期市值至少在172.15-50=122.15B，那么股价约为
122.15/3.13=39.02，目前大盘被打压状态，看明天能否再跌一点，那么可以考虑进一
些玩玩。

貌似不用再等discover/chase amazon的5%cash back了，直接用amazon chase
signature card就有5%

amazon返的是amazon点，价值只有95%，相当于4.75%，也不能套现。
discover返的是现金

应该是满2000点可以deposit to checking as $20

I arrived the bottom line price based on following reasoning.
XOM paid 3.5B for the incident at 1989. BP will take additional 2 to 3
months to fix it. The direct cost shall be around 10 to 14 B adjusted by
inflation at most. Another 10 B risk premium for future incident in the next
10 years.
The bottom line price is around 40.5 factoring the direct impact and recent
Dow drop.
