Let’s take a quick look at the “Great Wall of China” overhead confluence
resistance at the 1,110 level in the S&P 500 – which is a key line in the
sand between bull and bear.
A quick look at the daily chart shows three levels of (almost exact)
confluence resistance in the S&P 500:
200 day SMA: 1,106
38.2% Fibonacci Retracement: 1,108

seems like a flat correction from the intermediate bottom of 1040, a 1.618
projection of wave C is the about 1143, this seems quite optimistic, because
there aren't any important moving average around there now. The closest is
probably 50D EMA, which is about 20 points below. If C fails, and C=A, it's
about 1104, still under your great wall of China. So your resistance might
become a very important level to watch during this rally.
