有个EB1A的I140批准了，人不在美国，要去美国得申请移民签证，需要有美国offer说
明去了美国会有收入。
人不在美国，想通过skype面试拿个offer，请问这么做靠谱吗？可以许诺雇主拿到visa
去了美国就有绿卡了，不需要雇主给办签证。
顺便求靠谱ICC

你能找到能够等你从现在一直等到明年10月的雇主，就OK。
但现在的就业市场，够呛，你想想有雇主愿意把位置给你一直空着，等到10月1日？

非营利机构的H1B现在应该也可以
而且楼主可以在境外申请移民签证，H1B，L1都不需要吧
