sorry, but i disagree. Home builder was up 40% last two months. It just
dropped three weeks ago since HOV report the earning.

people expect a shadow inventory of houses to be digested in the next few
years and housing price to be flat or 5%~10% down. So no more new buildings
could actually help to stable the housing market.
but i am still bearish. i guess employment numbers will knock it down

Because if market don't go up for a year, then some home builder like HOV
will file chapter 11. Along with unemployment rate, this will push DOW to
7000 again.
