打电话问branch能不能有$350年费的prestige（不是priority或gold member），
banker说能。就去branch让他申。没让我们看terms和disclosures, banker就submit了
申请。结果我要看terms和disclosures，发现是$450年费。是现在申不到$350年费的？
还是被banker tricked? 他说他不知道怎么回事，他两星期前帮顾客申没问题。

you can get that for in branch application. That's why we went to a branch,
instead of applying online.

Assume you know the reason branch has 350 one, is because of the special app
form, so you should have responsibilty to check you applied in the special
form. Banker wont assume you want to apply in citi priority customer's form
as a non-priority customer.

I had made it clear that I wanted the $350 fee one while I'm not a priority
or gold account member. He said he had done many before. So, I assumed he
knew how to do it. Moreover, he did not give me a chance to find the problem
, as he submitted the application without even going through the terms/
disclosures with me. That's when I would make sure things were alright. I
applied for prestige with $350 fee for me last year. This time was for LD.
